Hi,
I have L1B visa valid which is until Nov-2013. My I-94 is valid until Dec-2015. So in that case it will not require to do extension.
But my company is asking for Visa extension we are not sure why.
Since I have I-94 valid until Dec-2015 and company is saying file for extension I suggested them I can do new L1B visa stamping from Canada.
but they mentioned you have to stay outside USA for new L1B stamping. I have got the visa in Nov-2010 and I came to USA in Jan-2011.From Jan'11 onwards I am in the USA only went back to India for vacation (1month).
Kindly let me know,
1. Can I do new L1B stamping from Canada though I am not outside USA.
2. If I want to travel to india,my I-94 (Valid 2015) will become invalid and I will have to do L1B stamping from India.
