Hi,

Can someone address the following query?

H1B for 2014 applied through employer B was approved.
Company A is going to file L1 in September and needs to travel onsite immediately.

1. Will H1B approval impacts L1 approval.
2. If I travel on L1, will there be any status problem from oct-2013 due to H1B approval.
3. Can I continue to work in L1 after oct-2013?
4. If no to question 3, what is the workaround to continue with employer A on L1
5. Should I inform the situation to employer A about H1?
