Urgent - Please help I am totally blank here

My L1B is expiring on Feb 2014, passport in May 2015 and I just entered US and have got electronic I-94. It has 2 dates. Admit until date is June 04, 2016 and expiration date is Oct 30, 2014.

I am not sure what this 2 dates mean on i-94. and the admit untill date is more than passport expiry date. can I stay in US after my passport expire? becasue my I-94 admit untill date is till June 2016. or if I renew my passport will my old I-94 will be valid and I can stay till June 2016?

Please please please help.

You can renew your passport at any of the Indian Consulate and continue to stay with your I-94, till its expiry.
