Hi-
I am moving into US on L1A next month. I had an individual petition filed by my US Office and got approved.
Now there is a possibility of change in our investors in the next 2-3 months and possibly a change in the name of parent organization in US. There will not be any organizational change other than this.
Will my L1A be still valid after the name change ? The petitioner as per my inital petition submitted for approval will be "XYZ" and new name might be "ABC"
Please guide me.
