My experience in short on 27 june 2013:

Just 4 question asked
Q1 - Is it for L1A or L1B?
Ans - L1B
Q2 - Whats ur specialization skills?
Ans - Clear and precise answer in just 2 lines.

Q3 - Ur company is based in US?
Ans - Yes

Q4 - What ur company do?
Ans - just one line answer.

Your visa is approved..have a great flight..

Tips:
1. They just want to see whether ur really skilled or just showing u have skills..if ur confident abt ur skill set that means ur are expert or know the the technology very well.then ur through!!
2. White shirt with company id...will not do any thing (I was in t-shirt and Jeans)
3. Company reputation make a difference
4. If its indian company make sure ur really expert in ur domain.
5. Don't lie in any case...
6. They are there to issue the visa not just reject the visa but want only genuine entry..So don't be tense..Trust me they are really nice people.
