In L1 visa, approved H1 (non COS), continue in L1 visa

Is there any problem in continuing on L1 visa if H1 (non COS) is approved

As long as you have a valid L1 associated I-94 and havent exhausted the 5 Years / 7 Year of L1B/L1A AND if L1 to H1 was not approved as COS you should be fine to continue work on L1.
