  • Gap between 2 consecutive L1B visas

I had got my L1B visa in Sep 2010 and it got expired on July 2013 (no extensions). I had came to India in Nov 2012 and didn't go back since then. When can i apply for next L1B? Will it be 1 year from visa expiry or 1 year from my last visit?

If you want full 5 Years of L1B again then advisable to file a new petition after completing 1 Year outside US stay. Make sure the attorneys draft that in the note and attach proof of your one year outside US stay.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
