Last year I applied for L1 A which got rejected, can I apply for L1B this time?

I need a suggestion, last year I applied for L1A Blanket which got rejected, can i apply for L1B Individual this year (there is a gap of more than a year between these 2), plz suggest which one i can got for, otherwise can i go with L1A individual again?

Its a very vague question, a lot depends upon your eligibility for L1b, or L1 a, reasons for your previous rejection documentation that can be provided to make your case strong etc. You certainly can apply in the category if you are eligible, and test your luck again.
