L1 visa extenstion got Denied

Hi,

My L1 extesion got denied notice on April 24 , so i return back to india. Any time period is there applying for new visa ( business /L1/ H1)

How long were you in L1 status?

If less than 5 Years then there is no time limit as such.

But B1 cant be used for work, H1 cap is already over and success of applying again in L1 category will depend upon why the extension was rejected.

H1 Cap will start again in April 2014, and the earliest you can come on H1 will be Oct 2014. If you cant wait that long, might as well try your luck with L1 individual during that period.
