I94 showing old expiration date

Hi,
I went to canada on 21st sept for my L1B visa stamping and came back today i.e. 29th sept 2013. I was checking the i94 online at cbp site after returning home.

I saw that old expiration date is still reflecting for todays entry while my new visa is valid now for next 5 years.

Please help me know what can be the issue and resolution for the same.

Go to nearest CBP office and get it verified. If it is not then ask them if they can change as you should have got I-94 according to your latest visa and petition.

If not you will have to file an extension.
