I am working as Oracle DBA from last 8 years. I am applying for LIB visa. Need help from, if anyone help me to get details, as what I need to mention in my form so that my case would be unique and authentic and have maximum chance of getting this approved.

Every individual and case is different. L1 is not only about the technology you are working on. There are thousands of Oracle DBAs in the market. What sets you apart from them? There may be Hundred of Oracle DBAs in your company, what sets you apart from them? There may be a few dozen in your team, what sets you apart? Is it your long experience with the company products/processes? Is it long experience with the end client? If you indeed are unique, are you getting paid more than others? These are some of the questions you have to critically ask yourself and prepare your answers and justifications around those.
