Regarding L1B petition validity.

In my I-797 petition its mentioned that its valid indefinitely.

But in my visa stamping PED(Petition End Date i suppose) date mentioned as 24-Feb-2014 which is equal to my visa expiry date.

Is there any validity for L1B visa petition?

L1B petitions are generally valid indefinitely, but it hardly matters to the individual. The advantage for the companies is that they dont have to go to USCIS to seek individual petition approvals for each person.

The PED In visa I believe would be the date on your I129s- petition for an immigrant worker.
