L2B Visa Anti-Fraud fees

Hi,

I already got my L1B visa last April and I paid $500 anti-fraud fees in addition to $190 visa fees. Now I am applying for my wife's L2B visa.
Do I still need to pay $500 anti-fraud fee for my wife's L2B or is it not required?
