Urgent **** *L2 EAD Help Required

Hi Experts,

I recently extended my L1 visa in Canada. My wife did not came for extension . She stayed in US.
I got my L1 extension successfully. I applied for my wife L2 visa at USCIS. Her L2 EAD also expired on Jan 11 2014.
Do I need to wait until L2 extension comes? As the wait time for L2 visa is 2.5 months. If I apply after that then I need to wait until (L2- 2.5 months, EAD extension 3 months ) 5 months to get EAD for my wife..

Can I apply for EAD extension simultaneously with L2 receipt??? Please suggest.

For applying EAD extension(I765) I94 number asking.....I don't have my wife I94 yet... Please suggest is there any way to expediete EAD process.

L2 EAD Renewal

Hi my L2 Visa and EAD will expire on may 20 2014. My husbands L1 visa is extended so as mine also and I need to renewal my EAD too.

What documents I need to attach during renewal.

my I94 still will show may 20 2014 as we have not gone for Visa stamping.

Please let me know, if only 797 is enough to show the extension or even I94 is required?

Please dont hijack an already running thread.

When you say your extension was approved, then the extended petition should have a new I-94 along with it? The new I-94 would be at the bottom of the new I797.

You could have applied for L2 extension and EAD together and could have got an interim EAD if no decision within 90 Days.

Thanks for the reply. But In I765 application, for EAD extension, he is asking my Wife I94 number. I don't have the lasts I94 number. That's where I strucked..Until I get L2 docs, I will not get her I94 number. Please suggest.

Put in the receipt number and do enclose a cover letter explaining that L2 extension is pending.

Her EAD will not be approved till the L2 extension is approved first.
