Chances of Approval for L1A Individual Extension

I am on L1A Individual which is expiring soon , My company is posing me to go for L1A extension instead of any other options . what are chances of Approval for L1A Extension .

I heard Rejection for many cases (L1B to L1A ) now a days , Not sure about L1A Individual to L1A individual . but my company stating that chances of Rejection are rare for Extension of USCIS approved petition is it true ? Please share your thoughts\ Experiences .

Are you talking about rejection of extension petition by USCIS OR rejection of visa at the consulate for a extension petition which was approved while in US?

Sorry about the confusion , I am talking about Filing Extension to L1A Individual to USCIS not about VISA interview in consulate

Chances are always there. IT all depends upon the strength and weight of documentation to prove L1A eligibility.
