Myself and my wife are directors of an incorporated company and are looking to apply for a L1 visa. We don't take salaries as of yet, we usually take dividends.
Do we need to be salaried & show payrolls to be qualified for this?
The incorporation has been existing for about 8 years now.
I just want to know if the salary/payroll is a requirement so we can start the process accordingly. I know we would need to be on salary for 1 year before we qualify to apply for the visa.
