If your I-94 has already expired then as soon as possible. Generally it is mentioned in the denial notice itself. But mostly it will be within 8-10 Days if I-94 has already expired.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

      Hi,

my L1B extension status on USCIS shows denial notice issued on 3-Mar, but my attorney didn't received it yet. Should I wait for notice or leave the country immediately?

        Sorry to hear that.

You can wait till the denial notice. But advisable to start the wrap up activities (lease, car, insurance, banks, schools etc.)
