validity of L2 visa

Hi,
My wife came to USA on L2 visa which was valid till Jun'2016. Last year i applied for h1 and got it so i moved on H1 thereby my wife's visa status is H4.

My wife is planning to visit india for a month while i am not, so would it be possible for her to come back in same L2 visa or has it been cancelled?

Do she need to get her H4 stamped while in india before boarding the flight to USA?

Yes she would have to. How can she re use her L2 when you are no longer on L1?

Just because you moved to H1 doesnt automatically move her to H4 status. Was a I539 Change Of Status applied for her? If yes, she is fine, if not she is already out of status.

Irrespective of the above, in order to return back to US she would need to get H4 stamping done.
