All,
I am currently on L1A visa which expired in Feb 2014. this is my 6th on L1 visa. My I94 is valid till Aug 2016 and max time on L1A ends March 2015. I have a couple of questions:
1. Can I continue to work beyond March 2015 based on my I94 without going out of USA?
2. If my company is ready to file for my EB1, can they do it even though my visa is expired but valid I94?
