Interview Waiver Program

My initial visa was a L1B -Blanket visa. Later an extension was filed and received a RFe on specialised knowledge and asked for client letter. My extension is approved till Nov'2016 after providing all the additioanl documents.
Now I need to visit India for a short trip for 5-10 days.
Does my case qualifies for Interview Waiver Program as now I have a new approved I-797 petition and the case should be considered as L1 Individual.
Please advice.
