First time company applying for L1 for me and L2 for my husband.

Hi,

My company is applying for L1 visa for me and L2 for my husband.
I have few queries regarding this :

1) For L2 visa interview what should be the response if they ask " are you going to apply for EAD and work there ?"
2) What should be the minimum stay of L1 if L2 is accompanying ? 3 months is fine?
3) We both are also having the tourist visa. Will it interfere with applying for L1 and L2 visa ?

Please advice if someone can help me.

1. They normally wont ask the question directly, it will be more indirect, asking whats educational qualifications of the L2. But if intent in to get EAD and work, there is no harm in saying so.
2. No minimum stay period required.
3. No it should not.
