L1b extension maximum decision time

Hi, I applied my L1b VISA I94 extension on 25 June 2013 which resulted in to RFE on 28 sep 2013. I replied to RFE on 10 dec 2013 and my application online status changed to "RFE response view".My VISA and I94 were expired in Nov 2013. Its almost 4 months and status is still in "RFE response view".

any idea how much time it may take from "RFE response view" to decision?

I have more than 3 month to complete 240 days period so my employer is not interested to convert my visa application from normal to premium processing.

There is no maximum time defined by USCIS. But most of the people receive a decision before their 240 Days period is over.

Many thanks for all who helped me to find useful answers. I am about to complete 240 days period and still status is Rfe response review from last 7 months. I am going back to native country on this weekend.
