L1 After break in employment

I was working for a company X ( american MNC) for close to 10 years ...then i took a break for 8 months and now i am getting an offer from same company for their US operations. Can i get L1 visa ? if so what is the procedure

my case is also same. Where I have taken a 7 months break.

You can contact the company attorney and they can better guide you. Whatever communication I had based on that it seemed possible.
