Can any one tell me that if some1 has a Master Degree suppose M.Tech/M.E., do that help in getting a L1B Individual visa?

Can any one tell me that if some1 has a Master Degree suppose M.Tech/M.E., do that help in getting a L1B Individual visa?

It won't hurt, but the main focus of L-1Bs is that the applicant possesses specialized knowledge of a company and/or of its products, services, etc., knowledge that is not really known in the U.S. and cannot be easily transferred.
