  • i94 second extension

My L1B has got expired in 2013. My already extended i94 is also getting expired on September 23, 2014. Earlier after returning from India I got correction to my i94 only until September 23, 2014 because my passport was expiring on that date. Now since I have renewed my passport, shall I get one more extension from USCIS until my L1B max out period which is ending on August' 2015 ? Pls advise..

You cannot stay beyond 23 -Sep-2014 without first applying for extension.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
