Designation promotion impact?

Hi All, My company is planning to apply L1B visa for me for a Specialized knowledge category. Currently I'm designated as Senior Software Engineer and currently my L1B visa is being applied for this position. However before initiation of my Visa process I was expecting my promotion to Technical Leader, for which I may get a confirmation after 2 months. Now will be a problem if I get promotion after visa stamping in different Designation?

First of all which kind of Visa Category ur company is planning to apply for u- L1B Individual or Blanket. If it is Individual i know there is no problem with it. If u get RFE then there u get a place where u have to mention dat after visa application whether u r promoted or not and if promoted how that has impacted ur role.

For blanket also i guess u do not have any impact
