  • L1B/I94 expires within month traveled with family

I took chance to enter into USA with L1B blanket visa expiry till 19june14.. my worst nightmare came true as I was traveled with family to avoid different I94 dates..but what we got same date as in the visa expiry I.e within month 19june14.
Now best option I have to extend my stay..
Please note that i'm eligible for both L1B and L1A.
Is it advisable apply L1B first or L1A?.
Should I go for premium or normal in any case?.
    Quick response is highly appreciated.
    Thanks

Its always a risk travelling so close to visa expiry.

Now, if you apply in premium, you probably would get a response within 15 working days, and if there is a rejection you might have to leave with a week of rejection. If not you may get a RFE and may get 60 days to respond to the RFE.

If you apply in normal then there is no timeline, it can take few weeks or even Months to get a decision.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
