Can L2 go for stamping with valid L1 extension

Hi,

I am here in USA on L1B visa and got my I-94 till my petition end date i.e End of July 2014. Now My company is applying for L1B extension.

Can any of you advice me, If I got L1B extension, Can my family in India go for stamping with the approved extension? or

Should I go for stamping?

They should be able to go for interview with your extension approval, also L2 are eligible for interview waiver so they can try to avail of this facility too.
