My L1A VISA extension was denied in Feb 2014. As the extension was denied as administrative error by USCIS , a service requested raised to correct it. Meanwhile, due to some family emergency I travelled back to India in March 2014.
Now I have scheduled an appointment for an interview in June 2nd week. My question is since there is some considerable gap( 3 month gap ) between the denial and Visa interview, will it matter in approval of my VISA.
Will there be any question related to the gap. Or the extended stay in India before taking an appointment for an interview.
I am also working remotely from India for the same project, will there be any questions related to work and the responsibilities I was playing from India for the project.
Is legal to work for the same project from India, when the extension of stay is denied, but the petition is approved for consular processing.
Is there any law that you cannot work from India on the same project ( which I was working at US) , after your denial to stay and completing the process for L1A visa stamping.
Can I show the latest pay stubs of US, if they ask for?
