L1 processing - with provisional certificate?

My company is going to file L1 visa (not sure blanket / individual petition).....I have my graduation mark-sheets and provisional certificate but don't have Degree Certificate from the University...will it be an issue??

Can I apply for L1 with provisional certificate? Is there a chance of rejection based on this? I checked with my university and they will take minimum 6 months for the Degree as some audit is happening in the University.... please suggest
