My husband has got offer in US (Intra company transfer ) . In 2010 , he has got L1B rejection .

Any suggestions , that we dont face rejection this time ?

Will there be a rejection , even if we have a offer in US ?

    Please help.

Was the 2010 rejection for same employer? What was the reason for the rejection in 2010?

When you say "offer in US" what does it mean?

Yes, its for same employer - but that time it was just for 3 months for performing services in US company.. Reason for rejection was that knowledge was very common in IT industry.

Now, he got permanent offer , intra company transfer. And he will be working as an employee of "ZZZ" US.

Having a permanent offer does not guarantee you are eligible for L visa. Just like 2010 rejection, the reason of rejection is that the beneficiary did not have specialized knowledge to perform the position. Today, it is the same requirement to prove specialized knowledge.
