Hi,
I have few queries related to L2 visa as below as want to expediate the visa process :
1) My fiance is already in US and once he comes back we will apply for court marriage, but would like to know, can we apply for VISA appointment date before court marriage, so that as soon as we have the certificate, we can go for interview?
2) If not, then as soon as we have the certificate, when can we apply for the appointment and how much time does it take to approve?
3) Can we take any any particular date for interview? If it is possible, how can we take this?
4) How fast any particular interview date filled and closed for appointments ?
5) Normally before how many days we should start to check for any particular date ?
6) Can we get bio metrics and interview date on same day?
Please help me with the above questions.
