VISA Validity to re-enter to US

Please advice if we need 60 or 90 days of Visa validity to enter into US or can enter with 45 days around back to US. My L1B Visa is getting expired in Nov 10th, can I enter in US with approx 40 days of L1b VISA.

Don't know where you read about 60-90 Days rule. You can enter US with 40 days validity, worst case, you would be allowed a stay of only till Nov 10th 2014.

I also dont know few people said we need min 6 months of VISA validity to enter US, so thought to get advice in this forum

I don't think its an issue. But be prepared as you may be given entry only for 30 days.
