Hi,
I am in US since last 4 years and my L1B visa has already expired, but i94 valid till May2015. I have to ask my employer to process Change of Status to L1A visa so as to get additional stay approved from USCIS.
I do qualify for L1A visa but please advise if I will be eligible for L1A Blanket or Individual?
From what I read through the threads, I may be eligible for Individual only. Please advise.
