Need Help: L2 dependent(3 months child) photo rejected at OFC

Hi,
Request your quick help.

I have scheduled visa interview for my wife and 3 months old baby. But today when she went to OFC; they rejected baby photo and suggested to drop baby's docs in drop box.And cancelled baby's interview alone while my wife still have interview scheduled for next day.

They also said; to fill a Drop box letter online while dropping my kids docs for visa. Now I need help on how to do that. Right now I have added my baby's DS number under my wife's account and fixed appointment for both on same day. When I login there; I could not find any thing about "drop box letter"; where can I submit the letter now?

Kindly help; my wife interview is tomorrow and in mean time I can make docs ready so that she can drop the baby's docs tomorrow itself.

That's surprising, even my son's photo was not clear so the guys at OFC had asked me to carry a new one to the consulate directly and he had written on the DS 160 form that I will be submitting it during the interview. Try to take a new photo and let your wife carry it to the interview.
