Hi All..,
I have a question related to I-94.
Some times we get I-94 date more than the Visa Expiry date and can stay in US till I-94 expiry date.
But I can't enter into US once after stepped out when you are on I-94.
My questions are:
Why is it so? what is the logic\theory behind giving extended date than my Visa date ?
If I stay longer period on I-94, does it going to have any negative impact on my next Visa ?
Someone told me that under some circumstances, the I-94 can be converted to Visa again. Is it really possible ?
Please let me know your thoughts in this area.
Regards
