Hi,
I have a valid L1A Blanket with Expiry Date of Oct-2018. However, it has a PED(Petition Expiry date) of Aug-2015 and I-94 till Aug-2015.
The comment on my passport says : "MUST PRESENT VALID I-797 OR I-129S AT POE"
My I-797 is a Blanket hence it doesn't has a expiry date.
My Question is:
For getting my L1A extended beyond Aug-2015, Do i need to visit a US consulate outside of US and get a new visa stamped again ? OR,
While staying in US, Can I file a for a New I-94 using my Blanket I-797 petition with USCIS through my employer?
Also, while filing for a new I-94, Can i file for the L-2 Visa extension for my wife & kid simultaneously?
