L1A Petition Expires 11/2016 but visa expires on march/15, should I renew the visa?

Hi, my L1A Petition Expires 11/2016 but my visa expires on march/15, should I renew the visa right now, or at only at the extension period?

Hi, tks for the help, just a correction my petition end Feb/2016 ... sorry those dates drive me crazy:

I94: Nov 7 2015 (Admitted Apr 02 2013)
Passport: Nov 07 2015
L1 Visa: Mar 25 2015
Petition: Feb 08 2016

So here is the thing:

I94: Nov 7 2015 (Admitted Apr 02 2013) ---> Date till which you can work and stay in US.
Passport: Nov 07 2015 -- Date till which you can use the passport to travel back to your home country
L1 Visa: Mar 25 2015 --> Date till which you can enter US on this Visa.
Petition: Feb 08 2016 ----> Date till which you can request for a new visa.

So to answer to your question , you can legally stay and work till 7-Nov-2015, but, if you leave US and want to re enter US after March 25-2015 you would need a new visa stamped, at a consulate outside US.
