L1-B to L1-A conversion

Hi,

I have applied for L1-B to L1-A conversion sometime in mid of October(2014). In few days only I received RFE for the same.
My RFE response was submitted in premium processing on 2nd Jan 2015. It's 13 days today and still on USCIS site my case status is shown as below. What's the possibility I hear back response in next 2days? Appreciate any help here.

"Request For Premium Processing Services Was Received On January 2, 2015, we received your request for premium-processing of your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number **** **** *, and mailed you a receipt notice. Your premium-processing receipt notice contains contact information for direct inquiries on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, contact the premium-processing unit directly to update your address."

My current I94 is expiring on 28th March, though my maxout date is 7th August(completing 5 years on L1-B). My H1 also needs to be filed this year. I don't have any clue about my options. Please guide. Really appreciate your help.

If upgraded to premium , the chances are bright. You just have to hold tight patiently.

Premium response would take 10-12 business days.Most likely by this weekend, you should receive.

Thanks a lot for the reply.

Status is still not updated on USCIS site. But my immigration team received Notice of Intent to Deny. They are planning to reply soon to NOID.
Any idea how much time USCIS will take to respond once we submit NOID response. Is it another 15 days? Also are there any chances of approval after getting NOID?


My current I94 is expiring on 28th March, though my maxout date is 7th August(completing 5 years on L1-B). Should I try to travel to Canada on visitor visa and see if my I94 gets extended beyond 28th March? Are there any chances of happening that?

Thanks in advance for any sharing. The USCIS received my RFE under premium processing on 9/11/2015, two days latter 09/23/2015 the status got updated to the following. Please share any experience or what should be prepared for the next step. Please wish me some luck.

does that mean I'll probably get another RFE/NOID inquires? strange thing is what instructions can be followed in this inquiry?

I am currently in India ( working for an MNC ) and got a transfer to US in same organisation on L2-EAD.
My spouse ( wife ) is already in US on L1B.

My new project is planning to transfer me to L1A.

It is 10 months for me in current project.

What is the process for C.O.S. ( change of status )...Will it impact my transfer in any case...

Please help
