Hi,
My wife has got her L1 approved in December 2014. I am working part time in an Online based firm since past 1 year. I am going to apply for L2.
1. Should I show myself as Employed or Non-Employed?
2. If Non-Employed, what must I mention for the job related questions in the interview. Can I tell that I am working in a family business and will be continuing the same after coming back from US. Do I need to carry supporting documents in this case.
3. I have not decided on what I will be doing in US as of now. What should I reply to the probable work related questions such as What would I be doing in US?
