Can my spouse make money from Mobile apps on L2 Visa with EAD ?

Hi,

My wife is on L2 visa. She has a valid EAD. Can she make money from Mobile apps on the app stores(Apple/ Google Play) by writing apps ?. If not how can she legally deploy apps and generate revenue ?

With EAD you can certainly make money.
