Planning to Apply L1A after My L1B extension denied

My L1B extension denied last week , leaving US next week. came to US in Oct 2011. Now Planning to Apply for L1A once i reach India. having 10 years experience in total, with the same company where i started my career. Promoted to M level last june and working in the manegerial role from 2009. proposed role is to manage 5 Project leads at onsite and they have their respective teams beneath . Am i a good candidate for L1A ? Please advise.

L1A individual and Perm Status

My Company started the process for my L1A individual visa and It is in documentation phase. Also recently checked my Perm status online which is showing as "Certified" that i applied last july. Now am not sure whether the Perm clearance has any value since i dont have any unexpired visa/ petition as of now. Also will this certified status going to hinder/help in any way to my L1A process.Please advise.
