California driving license renewal
Hi,
My California DL is expiring later this month on 3/26. My employer has already filed for my L1B extension with USCIS but due to the RFE the extension process is delayed.
Though I have received a renewal notice from DMV, what are my options to get the license renewed since the legal presence document list on the DMV site (https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/de...t_facts/ffdl5a) doesn't list the I-797c(Notice of Action) in the list.
The above link also mentions something about Driver License Secondary Review Referral Process (FFDL 3) for which I am not able to get any information.
I currently only have I-797c with me. Is there any way to get the temporary renewal of the license?
My visa is valid till end of May but my license is set to expire corresponding to my I-94 which is 3/26.
