Hello,
My employer is soon going to apply for my L1 Visa, however on collating documents required for application i noticed that there was a minor typo in my first name in all of my Undergraduate records ( an 'h' was omitted erroneously). My second and last name are correct. Would this error adversely affect my application in any way?. Since the degree is from a University in India having it altered will take a lot of time. If you could suggest a possible course of action it would be great.
