L1B stamping during H1B in process or approved

Hi,

I'd like to get answer to below query.

If my H1B is in process/approved by company B, and if my L1B got extended by company-A then will there be any issue for getting my L1B stamped if I go to India for vacation?

Please help with your valuable answers as soon as possible.

Some dated would help. Is it fresh H1? Is H1 applied as COS or Consular process? When H1 applied, when L1 expiring....

Hi,

Sorry that I didn't include more info. I am going to apply for fresh H1(With COS) on Apr-2015 by company B. My L1 with company A expires in May 2015 itself and they are filing for extension. So if the extension is approved in June and then for below cases:

a) If I am going for vacation to india before Oct-1 will there be issue with stamping of L1 and coming back in L1 status.
b) If I am going after Oct-1 (With H1 COS approved) and stamping of L1 at consulate and coming back in L1 status.

Are both above cases possible? Please help with your comment.
