L1B Visa

I have filed a Petition for L1B through my company, where I am working for past 10 years in same Product. I have few clarifications or questions which need clarity to be more confident.

1. In India, my designation currently is Manager Product Engineering (But not managing any team, individual contributor technical) and my offer letter from Parent company in US is Architect, will this create a problem in L1B visa interview.

2. I came to know from Newspaper that Obama has told L1B visa will be ease now onwards, is that already in place or still to be implemented.

Kindly help me in clarifying these questions.

More important than your designation is your expertise in the particular prorpietary tools against which your petition has been filed.

Is there any information on the Obama statement on L1B Visa will be ease going forward.. is it already implemented and is there still chance of rejection.

That is up to the consulate to adopt and implement.
