Hi, I am a German citizen with a valid, multiple entry L1-B visa and I am living in California. I'd like to marry my girlfriend who is American citizen and living in California as well. We'd like to marry in Germany as the number of my family and friends member is bigger than hers. After our marriage we'd like to spend our honeymoon in South Africa before returning to the United States. After our return in the U.S. we'd like to request an adjustment of status (I-485).
