Hello,
Currently my stay in US is in my L1B visa which got expired by May 2015. My extension is in process but got RFE from USCIS and yet to hear final verdict from them after providing them necessary additional documents.
But I have a 5 month son who was born in US who wanted to travel to India. Is it possible to apply for OCI or Indian tourist visa for my son, because in both the application document check list I see that the parents should have valid visa. But in my case I do not hold a valid visa can anyone suggest me on how to get either OCI or tourist visa for my son.
