Hello friend.

I am at deep confusion, Can any body guide me. My L1B visa was rejected last year May 2014 with reason mentioned Not clearly approved. And now again my company processing same visa again.

Are there any success rate for the second time L1B? I Request my manger to process L1A but he was not ready to do that and suggest me that my Experience is not that much to obtain that.

Please let me know what are the success rate for 2nd time? Is new L1B rules are implemented, Somewhere i saw in new papers that L1B rejection will be less in coming ahead day.
