L2 visa for Indian Government Employee - any NOC needed ?

Hi ,

I've got a L1 B visa recently and about to travel in July-Aug , i'm in process of applying a L2 Visa for my wife , she works for Indian Revenue Service and does not plan to quit the job immediately, do goverment employees need to bring any additional NOC (No Objection Certificate) for the L2 visa interview ?

Yes, if your spouse is employed with any government agency, you should provide an NOC along with the visa application.
